Touch for Health is the most widely used system of Kinesiology in the world. Training is open to everyone and anyone interested in health care and self help and is internationally recognised as a fundamental training for Kinesiology.

 

Touch for Health is a simplified version of the non manipulative basic Applied Kinesiology, developed by John Thie DC.   It offers a safe, effective way to maintain health and wellbeing that is available to people with no previous knowledge of the body or how it works.  Everyone is welcome.

 

TFH Course Programme
The synthesis is taught over 4 two-day modules (levels 1 - 4) approved by the International Kinesiology College (IKC). As a registered TFH Instructor I will teach you the most up-to-date syllabus and methods and will issue an internationally-recognised certificate after each level.  How far you take your training is entirely up to you, so whether you wish to just learn something new to use with family & friends or wish to pursue becoming a kinesiology practitioner or even a TFH Instructor - the option is all yours.
